Privacy.

This notice covers this website, orandynamics.com. The applications published by Oran Dynamics Ltd collect very different things from one another, so each has its own policy, and that policy — not this one — is what matters if you are using an application. Its current version is linked from the App Store listing and from inside the application itself, and we will send you a copy on request through the contact page.

Who we are

The data controller is Oran Dynamics Ltd., Nutgrove, Tynagh, Loughrea, Co. Galway, Ireland — registered in Ireland, company no. 760622. Reach us through the contact page.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. orandynamics.com is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics scripts, embeds no third-party widgets, and has no forms, no accounts and no logins.

Cloudflare, as the host, processes standard web-server logs — including your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string — to serve pages and to block abuse. We do not read those logs to identify visitors, and we do not build profiles from them. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers what they do with them.

Links from this site to the App Store, or to any other site, take you somewhere else, with its own policy. Apple's applies once you are in the App Store.

If you email us

We keep support and business correspondence for up to two years, so that "the same problem as last season" makes sense. Our email is hosted by Fastmail. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not have one.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere in a portable form. Ask us through the contact page and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top will change.
