These terms cover this website, orandynamics.com, which is a company page: it describes what we work on and how to reach us. Nothing is sold here.

Applications published by Oran Dynamics Ltd are governed by their own terms of service, and those are the ones that apply when you install or subscribe. The current version is linked from the App Store listing and from inside the application itself; ask through the contact page if you need a copy.

Using this site

You may read these pages, link to them, and quote them with attribution. Please do not probe, scan or overload the site, attempt to interfere with it, or copy it wholesale and present it as your own.

Accuracy

We keep these pages current, but our work, our products, their features, prices and availability all change. The App Store listing for an application is the authority on what it does today and what it costs. Images on this site are illustrative.

Trade marks and content

The Oran Dynamics name, our product names, logos and application icons are ours. Apple, App Store, iPhone and iPad are trade marks of Apple Inc. Other names belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply a relationship.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere — the App Store, a supplier's privacy policy — we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.

Liability

This site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about it and are not liable for loss arising from relying on the information here. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes belong to the Irish courts — except that, if you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim where you live and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law.
