Refund & cancellation policy.

Nothing is sold on this website, so this page is the company-wide summary: how to cancel, and how refunds work for applications published by Oran Dynamics Ltd. Each application also has its own full policy — linked from its App Store listing and from inside the application — and that is the one that governs your purchase.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data is not deleted.

• App Store subscriptions — iOS Settings → your name (at the top) → Subscriptions → choose the application → Cancel Subscription.
• Subscriptions bought directly — cancel from your account page in the application, or use the link in the receipt the payment processor emailed you.

Refunds for App Store purchases

Subscriptions bought in the App Store are sold by Apple, and Apple issues the refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase, find the application, and choose "Request a refund". Apple decides these, not us.

If Apple says no, write to us anyway. We cannot overturn Apple's decision, but if you were charged for something that genuinely did not work — a renewal you had cancelled, a subscription that never unlocked, a fault on our side — we will support your case with Apple in writing and keep helping until it is sorted.

Refunds for purchases made directly

Where an application is sold directly rather than through the App Store, the merchant of record named on your receipt processes the refund back to the card or account you paid from, and that application's own refund policy sets out the terms — including any money-back period, and the cases in which we refund part of a term. Write to us and we will point you at it, or start the refund for you.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and rights if something is faulty or not as described. Nothing on this page takes those away. Where the law gives you more than the processes above do, the law wins, and we will help you exercise it.
